Communities are the experts in their own context and challenges, and they are best suited to locally co-create and co-build solutions.
The Regional Innovator’s Network aims to equip regional Australian communities with the social innovation skills, knowledge, mindsets and tools needed to work on the initiatives that help them thrive.
The Network is practice-based and draws on the wide knowledge that these communities have. It has been developed together with and for communities across Western NSW.
This portal is a prototype. The content is in development and we are iterating along the way. We are currently working together with communities in NSW to pull together innovation resources and learning approaches based on what works in regional areas.
The Network is a project that is being developed in partnership between regional communities in NSW (Condobolin, Dubbo and Lake Cargelligo), Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation (VFFF), Dusseldorp Forum (DF) and The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI).
